When i go into advertising on seller hub and choose campaign then click on create a new compaign a terms of agreement comes up for me to click but the launch button is faded and will only let me click on cancel. I have been able to create campaigns before with no problem. This is only happening on my laptop and have closed security and changed browser but still nothing. Have been in contact with ebay and they have no problem with account apparrently. I am able to create a new campaign when I go through my phone and it does not have the agreement come up on that just the usual choose options etc.
