·4 months agoWhile I often recommend contacting a seller first, in this particular case the seller has very bad feedback for when problems occur.
Ignore the seller's 'No Returns' , that's only for a change of mind return, and open an 'item not as described' claim through eBay's Money Back Guarantee
https://pages.ebay.com.au/ebay-money-back-guarantee/
The seller will have 3 business days to send you tracked shipping return label ( it may well be picked up by a courier ?)
If the seller doesn't respond during that time, you can ask eBay to step in

Always give the seller the opportunity to rectify the problem.

·4 months agoDO NOT give out your details on a public forum
The only people who will contact you will be scammers, who will share your phone number with other scammers
The warning across the screen telling you not to post personal information is there for that reason
You are not going to get a replacement or exchange by posting on the member to member forum
You need to open and follow through with an item not as described dispute, that is the only way you will get any action
And since the item arrived damaged, I would be going for a full refund and buying elsewhere, since a replacement, IF one is sent at all is also likely to be damaged
