If you would like assistance from one of the buyers/sellers on this forum it would be really nice to not be so rude and dis respectful. Ebay do not read or reply here. If you look at Help at the top of every page you will be guided from there. Many says you get better response if you ask for a call back.

I think you have been scammed so unless ebay contacted you through your ebay account then you should immediately change all of your passwords.

This gives you their direct links without having to go through their rigmarole:
https://www.ebay.com.au/help/home
Just keep in mind that the Call option is only available during business hours,
(from 8am to 8pm AET Monday to Friday, and 9am to 7pm AET Saturday and Sunday).
Have us call you seems to be the best option.
Just scroll to the bottom of that page.
If you use the chat option and none of their "options" suit then select which may be closest to why you
want to contact as their "selections" are limited.
That way you can check if it's a genuine Email from eBay as well.
Also today is maintenace day for eBay and you may experience a problem if they are working on that section.
