In the last couple of days I have noticed that instead of the buyers name being displayed in the orders window, the buyers username is displayed.
Is it just me or is there a way to rectify this?
I have looked for a way of contacting Ebay help, but there doesn't seem to be any way apart from the totally useless auto assistant.
