Cancelled order by Seller

I purchased the LARGE FOLDING SHOPPING CART TROLLEY CRATE BOOT TIDY HEAVY DUTY 35KG CAPACITY on 07/06/2021.  The seller cancelled my order on 08/06/2021 and the seller didn't refund my money.

Please advise how I can get my money back?

first up, have you messaged the seller asking them to process a refund?  That’s what I’d do in the first instance.  Keep your message short and to the point.  Something like:

This order was cancelled by you on 08/06/21.  Please process a refund of the payment made.
