EBay not showing activity on my account

I purchase from eBay but my account does not show purchases. It say I have only just joined although been a member for years. I need to query purchase with seller but even that not showing up

Did you log in via social media on that date, which would have created a new account?

You need to sign out of the account you are posting here with, and the log into the account you have had for years with the correct details for it

Your purchases will not show on a different account to the one you were logged into and bought under
