How do I find out who has won the win a car or $5000 competitions for paypal transactions?

I'm curious re the competition to win a Toyota Corolla or $5000 cash offered to people who complete paypal transactions. Are the winners names ever published? If so, where? How long does each competition run for? Anyone who knows anything please let me know.  Many thanks!

I have no idea.....have you ever read the T & Cs....that should tell you when and where it will be published.
