How do I get something fixed under warranty if the seller will not reply

I got 2 Dashcams  1 of them was a R300m with gps the front camer has problem showing up green and not work  i got it back in may this year  i have massage the seller with no reply   what can i do to get the seller to fix under warranty this is the dash can green frunt screenI had to remove my sd card as it would not reformat100mbs 32 gb SD card in format 3 hours

Nothing you can do now.

There are no warranties on Ebay and the seller is only obligated to help you for 30 days after you got the product.

If you paid with PayPal, you have 180 days to open a dispute, so check your timing.
