I bought a brand new camera, sold it and buyer wants a return

I bought this brand new still sealed lumix cm1 android camera last August 4 this year, after a month I decided to sell it and buy a better android phone. Never had any problem with this camera/phone. To be honest I never had any issue especially with the lens itself. The reason I'm selling it is because it's laggy sometimes but overall everything working perfectly. So I formatted it then I'm selling it for $600, and after a few days when I checked the the phone I found out that I can't pull out the sim tray in it. So I decided to put the price down to $400 because I know there's a problem with the sim tray and I put it in the description as well so buyers will be aware. The someone bought it from HK and after almost 2 weeks he received it and gave me a positive feedback. He/She knows that it's working properly when he received it so I think that's why he/she gave me positive feedback. But today he/she's asking to return the item after almost 2 weeks because there's an error with the camera he told me. I said I never had any issue like that, actually thats my second lumix cm1 and even with my first lumix I've never seen that error before. I'm an honest seller and if I knew that there's an issue like that I'm going to put it in the description, but none. I hope someone give me an advice of what should I do and I hope ebay will be on my side because I'm honest to everything I'm selling in ebay. Thanks in advance

If the buyer is having a problem with the item and opens a dispute you will have to refund.

It is better to do it before ebay is asked to step in because they usually refund without requiring the buyer to return the item.

It doesn't matter which boards you ask this question on, you're still going to get pretty much the same answers that you have done on the selling boards. Although the extra detail is helpful.

This seems to be the second camera. Problems with 2 out of 2 could be scammers...
