Ebay Make Claims of being there for you, but they are not.
Ebay are invoicing me, but there is no clear reason why, and no way to contact them. I assume I need to take them to a consumer group to seek action.
Why do Ebay only assume we have issues with Seller and Buy's not and not Ebay themselves...

The call center has been closed for several weeks due to Coronavirus, but Live Chat should still be working
If you can let us know the issue, fellow buyers and sellers may be able to offer help/advice
What amount is the invoice for?
Is it a genuine eBay invoice (also in your eBay messages) or is it email only (so possibly a phishing scam)
Have you at any time signed up for eBay Plus?

Select the account tab then view account activity to see what the fees are for.
You have a boat listed which incur listing fees and fees if it sells.
(Listings in vehicles are not free)
Also if you subscribed to eBay plus, it is something you need to unsubscribe to otherwise it automatically renews.
If you still need eBay then select help at the top and go to chat.

Phone contact has been suspended for weeks now because of the coronavirus and email contact is useless because it is bot generated.
You can still use Live Chat.
Or better still you could look at your accout to see exactly what you are being charged for.
Why do you want to run off to some consumer group when you can see for yourself what you are being billed for?
