Hi. Ii recently received a water filter through EBay. I had a severe reaction after drinking the water and came down with a cold. I noticed that the item has been removed from EBay. Wondering whether other members have had a similar reaction Gradually gertting better.

I presume the item was new? Where did you buy it from? Is it a known brand and can you contact the maker? Maybe give the health department a ring and ask their advice, they should know if there have been other complaints.
