I tend to rely on product reviews. I recently purchased an item which had good reviews.
Turned out the item I got was not up to the task and broke the first time I used it, and it was a gentle use.
After seller tried to bluff me out of a refund, they agreed to refund me which they did.
However, I wanted to leave a product review about the actual item. I have done this a few times, but seller must be
able to manipulate the product reviews, as it is always deleted. Despite it telling me it was submitted at the time I did the review.
Is this allowed? Surely there can be true product reviews allowed

Yet you have not left the seller feedback to reflect your experience?
How do you know the it has to be the seller is 'manipulating' the review?
I personally go off the seller's feedback, never do I look at reviews on eBay

I did leave excellent seller feedback as it arrived so quickly. Unfortunately that was before I got to use the product.
I am saying that the actual product review keeps getting taken off.

Reviews are for products, not sellers

I believe the OP was trying to leave a review for the product, not the seller. No idea why it would keep getting deleted, because I have read some reviews on items that were horrid. 50 reviews all with 1 star. Changes your mind about purchasing.

I know, but they also stated they looks at seller's reviews
(I assumed they meant the seller's feedback)
