International bidders bidders

Hi, I currently have a listing at auction in Australia and have had messages from an international bidder asking if I can ship to their address. They say that they are new to eBay and they have no history to show. Could this be a red flag. I am not very experienced with selling and only doing this for a friend.

Thankyou

I wouldn't,  but I refuse all international request.

Just because they are new it doesnt have to be a problem,  we all started once.  But I just wouldnt do international.

Huge big red flag IMHO, even more so since you are inexperienced as a seller and are selling a scammer magnet type item

Hopefully you are signed up and verified for Managed Payments as well?

We all have to start somewhere, but particularly if you are selling for a friend it is better to be cautious.

...for the Care Bear? I'd be happy with the bidders you already have.....postage would be expensive too & you'd pay fees on that as well....stick to what you know....good luck
