Is anyone having problems with their promo offers since changing from PayPal to bank account payments. My forty free listings are not being deducted from the offer at the bottom of the page as I list them. Neither are the two free listings with zero selling fees being deleted as I use them and I'm also getting charged the fees. Big glitch or something else? Can anyone enlighten me please?
