Log out of all devices

How do I log out of all devices? Log out completely so a computer that I have logged into before forgets me completely and doesn't show what I have been watching on the home page.

Clear cookies and temp internet files in control panel - internet options, ticking all the boxes. History, form data, passwords.

Also clear browser history and restart computer.

I no longer to have access to the computer I don't want to be seen on anymore, so this isn't possible.
