No refunds on Paypal fees if you need to cancel a sale

SELLERS BE WARNED

Do Sellers know that as of November if you cancel a sale because the buyer decides they don't want the item or any other reason, you will NOT get a refund of the paypal fees you paid.

The buyer will get a full refund but we the seller are left with the fees paypal charged.
