Receiving returned parcels I didnt send - seems like fraud

I have recieved 3 returns to my address for what seems a fake name. 

2 of the parcel s have ebay returns labels with return id's on them.

It seems like a seller is using my address as a false return address? Maybe to avoid refunding?

I can't see a way to report this to ebay for them to investigate.

Seems weird because once the item is marked as delivered, the buyer should get a refund, whether it's to your address or somewhere else on the planet.

Can you look up the Ebay Id's on the labels as you'll then be able to send a message to ask them directly (I think) what is happening.
