G'day,
After a discussion with a seller, I sent a faulty item back to the provided address in China.
Tracking shows the item as being delivered on 31st July (9 days ago), but seller keeps telling me they can't find it and asking for more time. They've been sent a screen shot of the tracking.
Listing says "returns accepted through 14 August" which is getting a bit close for comfort.
What can I do now?
Cheers
Mal

You have the proof the item was delivered.
Do not make contact with the seller again.
Have you opened a case for item not as described - if not do so immediately - and add the return tracking - and get a refund.

Did you go through the eBay MBG, or did you just do 'what the seller said' ?

Thanks for rapid reply.
Being a trusting type person, I just did as the seller said. Except I didn't send it cheapest airmail possible and payed for tracking.
What is MBG?
