I bought 2 separate 925. STG Silver square rings from a Seller in Jaipur, India and both
Transactions were fine but Items took over 6 weeks to arrive both times. Then I ordered
another same Ring to complete my Set in October. Item arrived after about 6 weeks to arrive but was a 'COPPER" Ring, which was NOT Ordered! Subsequent follow-ups with Seller (3 polite) hasn't solved the problem as they are ignoring it all!
It is confusing to know where on eBay you can get 'direct' help when they itemise Categories which are unrelated to my problem. eBay has also cut-off the number of
Purchases in my Members so it is not listed, which doesn't help.
But I have all the Details including item No.
Can anyone assist on how to contact eBay 'direct' so I can resolve it,
Thank you

What do you mean with "eBay has also cut-off the number of Purchases in my Members so it is not listed"? If you don't see your item in your purchase history (if this is what you mean) change the time range in the menu at the top of the purchase history page from 60 days (default) to 2022.
You have 30 days since the last day of the estimated delivery to open a case for INAD (item not as described).
If you do want to contact eBay directly, try live chat from the help page (during normal business hours).

You would have needed to open an item not as described dispute within the time limit
Ideally, after the seller ignored your first message, rather than sending them another two messages as clearly they had no interest in helping you (and a sure sign it was'nt simply an honest mistake on their part)
eBay are not going to help if you are now outside the time limit for that dispute
The way to get 'direct help' is to open the appropriate dispute
I am not sure what you mean by
eBay has also cut-off the number of
Purchases in my Members so it is not listed
Have you changed the time period in the drop down menu under your purchase history?
....6 weeks is hardly a long time from India, especially at this time of year, with everything that has gone on during the year
What was the last estimated delivery date for these rings?
