Someone purchased an item through my account with their own card, whats the deal?

I got an email saying that I successfully purchased a garden auger. It's being shipped to my address, but it was purchased with a card thats not mine as I don't save my cards on websites. Could this have been an error? Its already on its way and I could not cancel the purchase. Should I do anything?

Did you get the email through eBay messages or to your personal email address ?  If it was through your personal email DO NOT click on any links in it.

If you have clicked on any links, run your anti-virus scans and malware scans then change your passwords used on-line immediately.

Does someone else have access to your computer for eBay ?

I got it through email, and i'm even getting emails from my local post office saying the package is ready to be collected. Of course, I won't collect it because it's not mine and I don't need an auger at all. Nobody else but myself has access to my eBay account, as I'm the only one who uses my laptop.
