I have a question, Do i have to verify my paypal account before start listing? if not what will happen?

You will need to verify a payment method

Australian paypal accounts cannot be verified.  It goes against the Australian banking laws.

Many years ago US sellers used to insist that they would only sell to members with verified paypal accounts until ebay made it a rule that they could not do that.
