I bought a pair of shoes back in mid February and the seller said that the item would be delayed a few weeks after when it was meant to come in, so I opened a case for a refund. The sellers item has only come in today and said that he will police my address, what do I do?

I have no idea what 'police my address' means.
Did you get the refund? If yes then all is well for you, so there is nothing to 'worry' about.
Is the seller offering to send the shoes if you re pay ?
Can you be a ittle more clear?

If the item arrived today after you got a refund and the seller was following the tracking (is this what you mean with "policing your address"?) then just contact the seller to arrange a new way to pay.

Do you mean ' policing ' as in threatening.

Or do you mean that the seller said he will give the police your address? If this is the case, just pay again...
