Hello,
I received an invoice today and it contains two sales. These are of the same item as the earlier sale was cancelled and I successfully refunded the money to the buyer.
There was a problem with clearing the refund tag off the item on the sold page and it still sits there believeing itself to be sold!
I followed the link on the invoice to seek advice but the link is broken and have been unable to find any form of "contact us" type function.
So I am looking for advice on where to go to lodge this error and get it corrected.
