Why has eBay done nothing about a advert that I advised you that is potentially false and misleading

Why has eBay done nothing regarding adverts that I advised you are potentially misleading. It has been approximately 3 months and the adverts are still running.

You would have to ask eBay. The boards aren't manned by eBay employees; they find it cheaper to get ordinary members to answer questions (which generally results in more accurate advice).

As far as your question goes, maybe eBay don't consider unsupported complaints as worthy of getting a human to investigate. Bots are cheaper and you can set and forget them. If the items originate in China, eBay Australia will, at most, refer the offending ads to eBay China, who will do nothing.

Post an item number here of the listing in question.

Are you talking about random adverts that redirect you elsewhere?

If so they are paid for from an external source and aren't really checked by anyone,(as long as they bring in

the advertising dollar eBay wont do a thing).

Turn on an add blocker and you wont see them again,(unfortunately for those that click on them rhey could have

all sorts of problems with them from buying off eBay with no buyer protection to getting infected with a virus).

No I am referring to sellers on eBay making missleading claims about their product, offering products that are not compatible and referring to information and images that are not associated with the product. eBay has been advised of specific sellers who are carrying out fraudulent marketing tactics and they have done nothing to stop it. Time for an email to Current Affair, maybe some TV exposure might shake things up.
