As far as I know they are sent via Aust Post so any parcel automatically has tracking. (Not letter, but being trialled)
However the tracking will only show delivered to C&C point then from there on if it goes missing, too bad.
I know several people having had parcels gone missing, Woolies say not our problem, AP say not our problem, Seller says not my problem.
Personally with the stories I have read here also, I wouldn't offer it in a fit.

I wouldn't offer it either, too many horror stories.

I would'nt go near it. Always problems being posted on the boards about it,and just adding yet another step where something could go wrong
No thanks

And as a buyer I won't use it again.
I used it when it was first introduced and ebay was offering some very good inducements for buyers to use it.
I did not have a problem with it (except for a grumpy husband who had to line up to collect my 2 parcels). Since then there have been a number of problems appearing on the boards so I would not use it again.
it appears that ebay often forget to send the code numbers for the buyers to pick up their parcels and Woolworths/BigW often lose them.
