item delivered after seller issued refund

Item ordered had still not arrived a couple of weeks after the estimated delivery time. Seller provided a refund and the item has now arrived. The item does not appear in purchase history since refund issued and I don't know to go about paying for it.

if by PayPal....log on & credit the seller

It is probably in purchase history but you need to change from 60 days to 2019 at the top in P.H.

However as mentioned, log into PayPal and sends funds to the same PayPal email address originally paid to.

The seller may need to provide it.
