print pick list option not working

When I go into sold notifications at the bell symbol on the top right hand corner it usually shows me all sold items with an option to print a pick list, but instead it takes me to sold and awaiting postage page and I have to manually open each item to see what sku it has and then leave that page and go and click on options to print an address for said item, so if I have 40 sales it uses 80 sheets of A4 paper and is taking heaps of time to get them done ready to post.

Have you reported it to eBay? There has been lots of glitches today….they’re fiddling!

Yes I have and they keep telling me that the print list was never available lol

I rang eBay and it’s a new interface.

When you are on the ‘Sold and awaiting postage’ page, you can highlight all those items using the ‘Action’ box above the items.

Then from above, select ‘Postage’, then ‘Get postage label’. 

Like magic, the page we used to see appears with the ‘Print pick list’ option.
