You are signed in with a new ID you or someone who uses your computer created four days ago
To go back to your other user name (assuming that is the problem, as other members have no way of knowing when you simply order them to fix your user name problem....which we cannot) you need to sign out and sign back in using the user name and pass word for your account
As for the deducted amount, that sounds like the fee for eBay plus as you/the person using your account did not cancel the free trail before the date due, as agreed to when joining
