seller refunded wrong payment method and not my card

Does anyone know how I can actually talk to ebay...

Seller refinded payment by paypal and the mastercard number its gone to isnt mine...Paypal has my visa only...also australian afterpay as payment method....and it has again my visa attached...I really need to speak to ebay ..help..seller doesnt want to know..Thanks

You need to talk to paypal as that is where the money has gone.

Was the original payment made by paypal.....and how was it funded?

Refunds go back to the original funding source and can take a few days to appear if it was funded by a debit or credit card.

All good....turns out when using afterpay as a method on ebay...the refund goes to "afterpay's" credit card who in turn then pay me....

This happens on for ebay transactions.....so ill leave this post here in case it helps othere's...I didnt know...:)...thanks for response...
