10% discount

On an item I am purchasing there was a 10% dicount if buying from an Australian seller.  On the invoice from eBay it does not have the discount on final price.  How do I get that discoun and does the seller abide by this discount.

it is an eBay discount not a seller discount. eBay provided you with a discount code that you apply at checkout. The seller gets the full amount, eBay fund the discount.

Make sure you have read all of the terms & conditions and qualify. Payment for these promotions normally requires you to pay by PayPal and that your eBay and PayPal email address are the same.
