It is not up to other members here to explain why a seller chooses to block someone from buying
Sellers have the right to block anyone for a number of reasons, including but not limited to
Buyers who buy things and do not pay for them
Buyers who have PO Boxes
Buyers who live in an area the seller does not ship to
No Seller has to 'explain themselves' as to why they block any buyer
