Accidentally closed return, how to re-open it?

Hi ebay team,

I accidently closed 1 of the return item, and now it is not in my purchase history, I can't re-open it, can't appeal... nothing.

This is the 1st time I use return function, and under the sircustances, I thought I didn't need to return the item, it would be just a simple exchange. But seller told me no exchange, I need to return goods, and buy it again.

The seller received my returned goods 7 days ago, now he's not responding, no refund, no replying.

What can I do now?

Hi there the same thing happened to me and the seller still hasent given me the item or refund and I paid for nothing.
