Another scam?

I have bid and won a Griffin Ipad case from a seller supposedly in Hong Kong, paid and now according to Paypal my payment is uncollected or something similar. Checking the seller I find they are in Malaysia with a very low feedback and now think the case does not exist. Where do I go from here?

if your payment is ''unclaimed' in paypal you can just cancel the payment

log into your paypal account to do that.
