I've been experiencing problems with my Saved Search emails since early this year and I've done everything humanly possible from my end to help fix it.
Since it began I've watched similar posts here, occasionally commenting, and I've consistently AND persistently contacted Customer Support about it. Absolutely every time they reply saying that they're aware that many members are experiencing similar issues, and eBay are right onto it. That means they've been onto it for months now with few results!
I'm interested to know if anyone else still has a problem with their Saved Search emails, and if so has eBay replied to them in much the same manner?
