Best way to return item

Can I use my AP satchel and print the label through click&send?  I recall that one of the satchels can be used for both the eBay printed labels and click& send, while the other can be used only for one method.  But cannot remember which was which, and cannot find the info. 

I really want to print the label on line, but do not want to buy packet of different satchels, which I will never use.
