Bought item as a guest, it hasn't arrived and now I can't track it

Hi everyone, I bought several items as a guest, and then later signed up with an account. However 4 items have not arrived including one that was estimated to arrive from the 31st of July to the 7th of August 2015. 

After I purchased these items I made an ebay account and now cant track the items as it says ERROR - DEPRECATED_GUEST_ORDER_DETAILS or You are not the buyer or Seller.

What should I do?

I am having the same problem. Ebay doesn't recognise this purchase
