I placed bids on an item to purchase listed as an auction with no comments about any right to remove item at any time. I was the highest bidder and may have won the auction however it appears the final price may not have been as much as the seller hoped for. The auction still had a couple of days til it ended however the seller just ended the auction it apppears without any notice or explination. The listing now shows in my watch/item ended with no bids placed when bids had been placed by me.
Can a seller just end an item at any stage after bids have been lodged with no explination or previous disclaimer on item description that they have the right to remove at any time.
