I have a favourite seller and twice I have not received my items I purchased and also once he left an item out of my purchases. I have requested that all my future purchases now be sent by registered mail at my expense.
I will now challenge him regarding the last lot of missing items but I am scared he may block me as a buyer. What do I do?
