On 12 September I purchased an item from an EBay seller. The item ceased to function after its second use. My requests to the seller for details of their authorised warranty repair contractors have been met with stalling tactics and now stony silence.
I have decided that prior to lodging a claim with the ACCC, perhaps EBay could intervene and brig about resolution. Therein lays the problem. I seem to go around in never ending circles being told what my rights are and how much EBay cares, but the process of actually lodging an intervention request just doesn't exist.
I am obviously missing something in the jungle of FAQ's that don't actually address and assist with this matter. Can someone please guide me on how to actually open a dispute resolution for my matter.
