Mostly yes, but vouchers depend on their conditions.

Some require min or max spends, some in certain categories only and others require a saved credit/debit card or the app needs to be used.

Check the T&C's.

Thanks for the answer, it has helped me understand that a card is needed and the use of phone payment is required, l will stay with desk computer payments via PayPal, a lot more safe and much easy as security is guaranteed.
