Ebay has rubbish customer service, cant get a hold of anyone, cant call, get led down the garden path of links, etc. when just want to talk to a human!
Also had a bad experience with a seller where didnt want to cancel an order after 2 weeks not sending then at last minute decided to send after I tried to cancel it!
You could have asked here and gotten real help from people who know what they are talking about
Sellers are not obligated for one
And you will need to contact eBay (entirely possibly) to give them your feedback, since they rarely read the member to member forum
Was this from the item you bought and then changed your mind almost a year ago on, or a new waste of a seller’s time with buying something you do not actually want?
ask here instead......what is your issue?
