 following are emails to and from. - Vendor not responding,

how do I send the information to Ebay

Not surprising as

a) very common stalling tactic of sellers in China so the buyer runs out of time to open an eBay dispute

b)Their feedback is horrid

eBay Austalia will not do anything about sellers in China and it  *could* be too late now for you to open an item not as described dispute through eBay (it will depend on the last 'estimated delivery date' 

If it is, hopefully you paid via PayPal where you have 6 months
