Combined postage request sent, no answer from seller, unpaid items case opened. What do I do next?

I have sent two combined postage requests/ for several small items  I could add these to my cart and therefore assumed the seller combined postage. I have received no answer and now find unpaid item cases have been opened. What do I do next?

Dont forget combined postage doesnt always mean they offer postage discount.
