Contacting Ebay after hours support

I bought a Milwaukee Hatchet Chainsaw, which I need to get a Proof of purchase receipt so a can get warranty.
Problem is, it was bought over a year ago and seller said (after asking them for a receipt which they never supplied one) "Hi Ebay system can not allow us to see the details of the item purchased more than an year ago.
Please contact ebay with your order number and provide us the details so we could give you a receipt.
Thank you"

How do I contact ebay support, without the stupid bot, so frustrating.
I use to be able to contact eBay support using a form, but cannot find this, and the Bot directs me to use live chat, which I can't do during the hours as I'm working, and says not available.

What option do I have?

Pointless.

 

A few key points -

 

Over a year ago - eBay give you 30 days;

 

eBay is not a warranty service, so no point trying to contact;

 

unless the seller is a registered seller of the item in Australia there is no warranty;

 

It seems from the information you have given the seller is either not a registered seller or knows how eBay works. Either way you are spitting into the wind if you expect a resolution.

 

If I was going to buy a chainsaw, I would buy it from my local Stihl shop, but that's me.

 

23 years and you still don't know the basics?

And by the sound of it, a warranty never existed in the first place (regardless of what the ad said)
