I purchased a clock in the last week and paid the asking postage of $15..ok, I thought registered post and wrapping this sounds about right...received yesterday and it is damaged in two places with chipping...I inspected the box and there was a bit of crushing but doesn't seem to be in the areas where the damage is.I know for a refund I need to return the item but if I pay $15 to return it means it's cost $30 for a $15 item. The item was not packed very well. Should I complain or suck it up and learn 😕
