Discount not received

Hi I ordered a tv unit tracking number FZ0008126574 but did not receive my 20% discount at payment.  I did put in the coupon name and then proceeded to pay only to find it did not take it off.  Can you please reimburse my monies.  The cabinet came to $169.00

Did you hit the Apply button once you put the code in?  If it was not valid you would have been told before paying.

If that did not work you should not have gone ahead with the payment.
