Hi,I have purchased an item which was working fine until it suddenly stopped. I informed seller that I would like a replacement or refund. Seller agreed to refund the money and sent message to wait 2 days until PayPal transfer. However money never came and seller keep asking me to wait for another 2 days and another 2days until now when I see its been 3 months since transaction and cannot contact him anymore. This is complete fraud! I've been cheated. Can you please help?

It is too late for an ebay dispute but you have 6 months for a paypal dispute if that is how you paid.

The only problem is that you said the item was working when it arrived and a paypal claim is supposed to be for condition on delivery.

How long was it before the item stopped working?

Never let a seller string you along till it is too late for a dispute.
