Do I pay for item

Received claim from paypal now seller tell me item should be here soon.I no longer want item what do I do.Item purchased from USA.To post back to USA dearer than item.Seller never provided tracking information when asked on several messages.

If it arrives then do not open it and simply put return to sender on it and send it back to the seller.

You should not be charged.

If there is no tracking then the seller has no way to know you have received it and done a return to sender so just tell them once you have done this.
