The seller is now "No longer a registered user" and want some help from ebay, but despite scrolling down the page to the Help area where it promises options of speaking to someone, it only loops back to unhelpful articles.
How long ago was it that you bought the item?
What is the issue you have with the item?
You have one feedback that shows the seller is now unregistered, but that was from 'more than a year ago'
Do you have another, more recent one?
It seems that your question is being dodged. I too would like to contact a human at eBay as I have an issue that non of the automated options can seem to answer.
How is their question being 'dodged' ?
The OP has been given valid and correct information. Or you could ask your question and get factual replies. And even a link to use.
Even the humans at eBay type from pre-written scripts and tell the person what they want to hear to get rid of them

If you've paid and the seller is no longer registered, the item may have been removed from your purchase history.
Go to eBay Help and when you get to the automated assistant, ask to speak to a supervisor.
