E-bay Resolution centre closes case without answers and denying any resolution

Suppied Tracking No but E-bay said they could not track returned item. Funny i still can. Aus-post in a further inquiry confirmed item had been delivered as addressed . E-bay closed case with no answer to there final decision and so no refund on faulty item.

Did they punch in the wrong number? or is it something else. One would think that if they are there to resolve a case that they would atleast confirm any problems they may have. I have explored the seller who operates out of two stores on E-bay under two names and have found that the buisnesses operates out of another buisness and is registered in another persons name. The money was directed to someone else though pay-pal who is associated with another store owner on e-bay who sells the same things and uses the same phone number.

Maybe this is legal but has caused a lot of confusion and i do beleive that this type of operation has made it a cover for sellers to operate in a dishonest manner.

The seller will not confirm wheather she has or has not received the returned item in reply to my E-mails and is veiwed by myself as playing silly buggers and will not refund the money owing on the returned item and has also delayed any course of action through E-bay Resolution Centre.
